Renatus Lubango Shinduki

Renatus Lubango Shinduki, A partner in the Firm’s Banking and Finance Department and also managing the Firm’s Mwanza office. Prior to joining the Firm he worked with the state-owned Tanzania Standard Newspapers Limited (TSN) as deputy Company Secretary and later joined KPMG Tanzania as a Corporate Services Advisor. He has also worked with IMMMA Advocates, one of the leading law firms in Tanzania, where he was based in Mwanza.

Education & Leadership

He is at the centre of offering practical legal advice and assistance in relation to banking & finance, debt recovery, drafting and registration of security documents, capital markets transactions, insurance and legislative drafting.

He also possesses vast experience in conveyance issues, leases, mortgages of land and ships, debt recovery, receivership and liquidation. He is also actively involved in labour dispute settlement and resolution.

Renatus holds a law degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a qualified advocate and is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
