The firm has grown steadily over the past six years with major focus in banking and corporate transactional work, commercial litigation and taxation. The Firm has grown to its compliment of 10 staff including 4 partners, 2 associates and 4 supporting staff. The Firm currently has a branch in Mwanza whereof 1 partner and 2 associates are fulltime stationed.

All of the firm’s lawyers have experience in their specialist areas, their experience has been gained by having worked in various industries prior to qualifying as lawyers. Two of the firm’s partners come from leading auditing firms, known as the “big four”, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) with a background in corporate finance and taxation.
