Emmanuel Siwa Golder

Emmanuel Siwa Golder  is an associate partner at the firm. He handles the Firm's Corporate and Conveyance Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Golder worked with Ako law in association with Clyde & Co. one of the international law firms in Tanzania as a Legal Officer after he left Asyla Attorneys.His practices focuses on resolving complex matters in relation to Corporate and Conveyance.

Education & Leadership

He has a broad experience in rendering Legal advisory services in connection with Corporate and Conveyance, and he now advises Tanzania and International clients in relation to Corporate and Commercial Law and in relation to all matters relating to Land issues. Golder holds Law degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a qualified advocate and is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
